How it works
Choose a weekday and a time window — Morning, Midday or Evening. That’s your standing slot, held permanently. We confirm the exact arrival time the evening before on WhatsApp.
Your operator arrives by e-bike with a full professional rig, connects to your outdoor tap and socket, and washes with proper chemistry — foam cannon, two buckets, microfibre only. About 30 minutes per car.
Four-angle photos land on WhatsApp before we leave, with a tip link if you’d like to say thanks — 100% goes to your operator.
Every neighbour you refer earns you a free exterior wash, worth AED 50. Your third referral earns a free month of your plan, worth up to AED 199. Your neighbour starts with the standard new-neighbour offer: 25% off their first month, worth AED 50 on the weekly exterior plan. Your referral card is in the welcome pack, and your referral link lives on every post-wash photo message.
Pricing
Every percentage below comes off the exterior wash price only, except the multi-car discount. The welcome, founder and prepayment discounts are never taken off an interior add-on, a premium service or a one-off wash. Multi-car discounts at the same villa come off that car's exterior price and its interior add-on together: 2nd car 15% · 3rd 20% · 4th+ 25%. Prepay 3/6/12 months for 5/8/12% off. Founder code, weekly plan only, first 40 subscribers: 10% off the exterior for three months, added to the welcome in month one, so month one is 35% off; a car added later gets the multi-car discount only.
The 25% new-neighbour discount is our standing welcome offer and has no end date. It is worth AED 50 on the weekly exterior plan and is capped at AED 50 per car. It comes off the exterior price of each car in your first order, in your first month only. A second car added later at the same address does not get it again.
Book
You choose the weekday and the window; our routing sets the exact time and we confirm it the evening before on WhatsApp. It’s how we keep every wash on time for the whole neighbourhood.
We only take bookings 28 days ahead. Message us and we will call you back with availability.
Morning 8–11 · Midday 12–2 · Evening 3–6. “1 seat left” means exactly that — seats are real capacity, not marketing. Bi-weekly weeks (A or B) are assigned by our ops team when we confirm.
We’ll email you a 6-digit code so we know the slot is going to a real person.
Most neighbours let us route the exact hour inside their window, and it is the better deal: we keep the round efficient and your window is always honoured. Pin an hour only if one genuinely matters to you. A pinned hour is fixed, so we will never move it, and it is the hour we hold ourselves to.

It is where the washer sends your evening-before WhatsApp, your booking confirmation and your login code. We cannot book you in without a UAE mobile number.
Then we will do it all by email. You will not get the evening-before message, the arrival confirmation or the four-angle photos on WhatsApp, and your account login and receipts go to the email address above. We cannot set the payment up online without a mobile number yet, so we will email you to finish the booking and take payment.
Your card details go into the secure form below, which is provided by Stripe and never touches this website. Nothing is charged until you confirm in that form.
Our guarantee
Timestamped four-angle photos before and after every wash, sent on WhatsApp through our company channel. Your car’s condition is never a matter of opinion.
In the rare event we cause damage, we decide on the photo record within 48 hours and pay within 5 working days of agreement. You claim on your own comprehensive agency-repair policy and we pay your excess up to AED 1,000, or we pay AED 1,000 towards a quoted and paid garage repair. Either route, we just need the proof.
Monthly plan, cancel anytime. Travelling in summer? Pause up to 8 weeks and we hold your slot. While you are paused, the washes you have not used are credited to you. Cancel, and we refund the washes you have not used.
FAQ
Yes — that’s the honest heart of our model, and why we cost less than van services that truck water around. A wash uses roughly 15–25 litres (less than a garden hose) and a normal 13A socket. Run-off is contained with a wet vacuum and our chemicals are biodegradable and pH-neutral.
No. If your car is on the driveway and the tap is reachable, we wash and send photo proof. If the car isn’t there, we message you, wait 15 minutes, and try to recover the wash later that day or next morning where we can.
You’ll get the same day, the same window and the same standard every week — that’s the promise. We route operators for efficiency, so you’ll usually see a familiar face, and every operator works to the same photographed, sign-off wash sequence.
We keep washing all summer, working around the midday outdoor-work rules. Travelling? Pause up to 8 weeks and keep your slot. Covered carports open more midday options as regulations allow.
Subscriptions are billed monthly by card, securely through Stripe — your card details never touch our systems. One-time and premium washes are paid at booking. The price you see is the all-in price you pay.
